10.0Смачні сніданки, гарне розташування- поряд ресторани, бари, ТРЦ. Прибирали в номері щодня. До моря 12 хв . Пляж ITAKA- 10 балів із 10- чисто, комфортно, приємний персонал.

− когда только заселились нашли длинный черный волос в ванной, это противно 🤢 потом у нас не работал холодильник, из за этого вся еда, что мы купили себе испортилась, приходил персонал, но как итог холодильник не заработал. При выселении мы снова обратили на это внимание, на что девушка с намеком уточнила почему же мы не обратились повторно. Мы заплатили за номер и надеемся на исправную технику и что не будем тратить время в своем коротком отпуске на починку. Во время разговоров по телефону с персоналом они постоянно бросали трубку, создалось впечатление, что мы им мешаем. Вплоть до того, что когда заказывали еду в номер они бросили трубку когда муж уточнял номер, по прошествию почти часа после момента закала я перезвонила, чтобы уточнить где же он. В итоге они сказали что просто «забыли»в какой номер был заказ и как только я сказала номер они опять бросили трубку 😭 Печальный сервис🙂
