10.0This is one of the best resorts in Khou Yai , the stuff were really kind and helpful , they care about all the small Details and providing all needed stuff. I really felt that this is the best experience ever.

− Instructions not provided clearly Example: they charge me for bubble bath which no one informed me that its not free, it was just located on the bath tube and no price mentioned. The butler didn’t mention also. Butler didn’t mention all information: example how to find AC remote, how many meters is pool, what is complimentary and other things.
