4.0Very disappointed I booked through hotel.com Found out that other guest that booked threw expendanc paid 95-150 per night and did not have addional hotel fee Hotel had me sign a charge fee of 25.00 dollars if i washed my face and make up got on towel Worst was that you could not flush towel paper down toilet needed to discharge dirty towel paper in trash pail That was a 45.00 dollar fine is you flushed toilet paper!

10.0Only stayed one night and wish we had longer, staff was fantastic as was the room, we really dug the bath & shower on the private balcony. Our flight wasn’t until 9pm and they had no problem holding our luggage until we had to get a cab to the airport. 10/10

10.0I had a wonderful stay at El Colonial! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The location was perfect and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting San Juan, PR.
