Excellent room, super clean and the bed was the most comfortable bed I ever slept on. The swimming pool was also fantastic and huge. Will definitely stay again.

hotel nickel mais tous les jours il y a 10 cars de chinois qui débarquent et qui font du bruit jusque tard ds la nuit puis repartent a 6h du matin en faisant toujours autant de bruit.

Stay was pleasant. The hotel is bit away from the beach. How ever the hotel people arranged two wheeler @ 200 baht per day and hence there was no problem

WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!

We had booked a studio in this hotel for 18 nights over the festive period. When we got our room the kitchenette that was advertised consisted of a sink and a few cupboards!! Nothing else not even a teaspoon, the main reason we had booked it was the fact it had a kitchenette ie cooking facillities. When we asked about this we were bluntly told that cooking was not allowed in the rooms, we told them we were not happy about this and would like to check out with a full refund we were told we would have to cancel with our agent we had booked with in the UK, no help whatsoever from the hotel, we ended up having to stay and waste 3 nights of our holiday here and then the hotel had the cheek to charge us another night early cancellation fee. All in all we were glad to get away from the place, there is no shop or restaurant at the hotel meaning we had to go out everytime we wanted something to eat or drink and even then there is very little around it, a few shops and local cafes, the hotel is miles from anywhere and off the main baht bus routes meaning you have to take taxis anytime you want to go anywhere, hardly makes for a relaxing stay. The hotel itself is nice enough, big rooms, quite clean but the free WI-FI in the rooms didn't work unless you stood at the door of your room. Also the pool area ( anoter reason we booked here ) was tiny with only 10 sunloungers around it, these were taken every day we were there and the hotel was only half full, what chance would we of had when when its fully booked I. Think this hotel is very overpriced considering its location and facillities, if your looking for a quiet hotel in the pattaya area then head for jomtien beach as we did, its quieter than pattaya but with plenty of restuarants and shops and bars, its also on 1 of the main baht bus routes, 10 baht into pattaya centre. We managed to salvage the remaining 15 nights of our holiday there and had a great time but no thanks to LK Crystal Place!! The upshot of this is don't go there!!
