10.0Dave is awesome! Gave us the best welcome we’ve ever had anywhere. We just got here an hour ago but so far it’s been excellent.

10.0The stay was above and beyond. Even though I went for work my nights were so pleasant I didn’t want to return home. Cozy! It reminded me of my parents’s Tudor style house growing up. So peaceful. I saw deer eating food nearby then two adorable dairy cows. Very clean devoid of any strange smells to mask anything. Impeccable service. I got a breakfast baggie for bc I had to go to work early which was yummy. Thank you very much.

2.0I was given a room with a twin bed, no air conditioning—just a noisy old fan that I could not use because it was too loud—and not even a television. I was offered to upgrade for $39/night to have air conditioning Honestly, any budget hotel has better amenities

10.0Comfortable and clean with great mountain view. Staff is excellent and friendly. Historical is correct as you look around inside. Great patio area. Probably not many places left like this. Located in the country. Wish we could have stayed a few more days.

10.0The place has a special meaning for guests visiting neighboring Philmont Scout Ranch but it will be a welcomed getaway for anyone seeking a nature themed Western getaway. The inn keepers were welcoming and courteous. The family table home made breakfast was a highlight of the stay. The rooms were down to earth luxurious .
