9.0This hotel is in a great city location, an easy walk to MelbourneCentral. I stay here occasionally for work and it has become my go-to! The staff are welcoming and helpful and the rooms clean and comfortable.

− No hot water to the vanity, cool not hot shower and room felt cold, despite AC on max heating

− My room backed onto a laneway with a super loud generator type sound from a building across the lane until 11pm. The bin had not been emptied and it had someone else’s undies in there. When the above rooms showered the water sound was very loud in my room
