A haven for relax and rewind
10.0The property had every facility you could wish for! They had already thought of every potential request and the staff were genuinely happy to help and make our stay as perfect as possible. We felt like our family was truly important to the hotel and the restaurants and bars were fabulous. The free shuttle boat runs every thirty minutes to and from Venice and is simple to use. A highly recommended hotel and we can’t wait to go back.

Brief stay following a week walking in the Dolomites. The staff were friendly and our room was comfortable.
7.0It was in its own island away from the heat and crowds in Venice . Frequent complimentary boat service to and from Venice.
− Pool areas . The pool area around the family pool needs opening up to allow more Sunbeds . There is room . The roof top pool stated an opening time of 10am , however it clearly opened before and Sunbeds were being reserved for guests who didn’t appear for 1-2 hours . As this was a small area it was very frustrating. The gardens which had once been beautiful needed some care and the pond with the fountain needed cleaning.
