10.0I love it here. The room is Its so classic with beautiful interior. Location is convinient and the staff very helpful and friendly. The Manager also very hospitable. They assist us with swimming pool with sister company. My kids super happy.

10.0Fabulous location in the heart of the old town in Luang Prabang. The wonderful front staff were all excellent however one gentleman on reception helped us with another reservation which was beyond our expectations. He was very supportive and we appreciated his time calling the hotel and the effort to clarify the issue. I regretfully do not know remember his name. Thank you sir. The breakfast waiter, Mandal was also very helpful.
