6.0Parking was good, room not very clean floors were sticky not very clean, bed seamed old very squeaky every time you move.

2.0I made the mistake of reserving a room here for a trip I was taking with a buddy. We needed a reasonably priced room in Oxnard for one night. I reserved a room with two queen beds. When I arrived I was told that they had no rooms with two queen beds and that they only had King size beds. The first question the manager asked me was "do you want the room for the whole night?" I knew this was a bad place, the area is not good around the hotel. It looked like it was a drugs and hookers kind of hotel. I asked for a refund and they said that Hotels.com charged my card and to go to them. I contacted Hotels.com and they confirmed Palace Inn charged my card. Never go here.

2.0Shower didn't work properly. Smelled like mold in bathroom. Wood molding missing from bathroom. Cops in parking lot for 2 hours detaining/ arresting people.

Pay what you get
6.0The hotel is in a rough part of town and of course someone was knocking on a door loudly at 1:30AM. This type of hotel has its place but if you are traveling to Oxnard for the national park stay somewhere safer and nicer.
