6.0Mixed. Very convenient place to stay but almost impossible to get hold of anyone by phone or text if you have a question after booking or need to inform them of late arrival due to traffic problems. The few staff actually on site were however lovely people and couldn't be more helpful but just weren't given resources to deal with issues such as a broken kettle, faulty vending machine or request for an iron later in the evening (last two witnessed not experienced personally). Twin room very small (photo rather misleading) and tight to get around but shower good and bed comfortable. Tip to others would be to arrive early in case of issues as that is the only time you'll get to speak directly to someone.

8.0I stayed sue to work and it was fine for a few nights stay. Comfy bed tea and coffee facilities. Free parking! Very safe and you can use the gym
