シダティーン系列とは思えないホテル
4.0レセプションスタッフの対応が悪い。 4日間宿泊するが朝食が種類も少なく同じメニューが多い。 朝食スタッフが奥で話し込んでいる対応が遅い ロビーのトイレが使用出来ない。 ランドリーが有料で洗濯と乾燥は別、各20元必要 クリーニングが高く仕上げが間違っている。

10.0This was my second time at Citadines Intime City Hangzhou. The room is clear and comfortable, with simple cooking facilities. Location is right next to Intimen City where you can shop and have your meals

8.0房間很大，但是離西湖還有一段距離，搭車大概35元。總體還是挺乾淨的，而且設施也跟酒店差不多，還有自助早餐也是不錯的
No English speaker and gown and bathtub
4.0There is no English speaker. They use translate app so communication is not available but not easy. Breakfast is not bad. Room is so big and there’s no gown and bathtub.
