3.0Lokalita je skvělá. Blízko metra a autobusu. Bezproblemova cesta z letiště. Bezobslužný checkin také.
− Apartmán je velmi špatný. Obývací pokoj s kuchyňským koutem bez okna. Jedna ložnice nemá okno ven a ani klimatizaci. Měli jsme 2 patro. Výhled nikam. Jen na špinavý mini dvorek s hromadou starých pneumatik. Celý apartmán je velmi zničeny a ve špatném technickém stavu. V koupelně všechen nábytek zničený vodou. Žádné dveře v apartmánu nejdou zavírat. Všechny drhnou o podlahu. I ty vstupní. Moc se neřiďte podle fotografií, reálný vzhled apartmánu je jiný než dojem z fotek.

10.0everything is excellent location just 5minutes to the museum of de Catalunya you can go to watch the light fountain every night before bed time to chill out if you want it just because just only nearby. All shops restaurants, supermarket, metro train and bus also going to airport just near by, our property is clean and the whole building thanks goodness, because I am that person the first things that i checked is the cleanliness. We stay for a week and in the middle of the week somebody coming to clean your accommodation they changes beddings and they give you another clean towels. The bed is comfortable and the size is massive. The staff is very helpful thanks to Luca to let us to check in early its should be 4pm our check but he just let us to check in at 2pm the kids is so happy because they already tired for the travel that day but no extra cost. I can recommend this to any family or groups the property is massive at a lot of spaces. The Room is 413 A1. the property is safe 24 hrs reception and the keys is everything access to your mobile phone. The area is quiet and safe. I received my deposit no issues.

1.0− Cuántos caracteres tiene esto y resúmelo en 500 porfa No son transparente con los precios, al momento del desglose, no mostraba con claridad el total a pagar. Al llegar al lugar, apareció una cantidad extra que no había sido informada antes y la plataforma te obliga a pagarlo para poder acceder a las llaves del piso. Nos contactamos por llamada con recepción y no supieron darnos información o explicarnos el motivo. La hora de entrada no fue la que decía en los correos y plataforma de booking, cuando llegamos aún había personal de limpieza en el lugar y nos dijeron que no estaba lista y teníamos que esperar. Quiero resaltar la mala gestión y atención al cliente del personal de recepción. Por otro lado, sería bueno que al momento de guardar las maletas, diesen algún tipo de ticket o algo para reclamarlas, sentimos inseguridad, informalidad y desinformación al respecto. Hemos llamado porque no me ha devuelto el depósito de 150e, he llamado, han pasado 6horas y me dicen que aún no han hecho el check de la habitación y hasta que no den el reporte no me van a devolver el dinero, le pregunté cuánto tiempo y me dijeron que no sabían qué días. Me parece muy mal porque tanto aquí en booking como en la página del alojamiento dicen que lo devuelven inmediatamente después de hacer el check out y el check out lo hicimos a las 12:00
