8.0Estaba muy bien ubicado. El acceso era sencillo. La habitación era amplia y contaba con todo lo necesario. Dejaron unas botellas de agua de cortesía que nos vinieron muy bien.

Great location and friendly staffs, cleaness can be improved.
7.0Overall a nice stay, grate location with walking distance to Plaza España, staffs were very friendly.
− The contactless system is nice, but don’t think it’s secure, as we were given a same room as other guests. We had already checked in with out virtual key, and ran into the staff guiding other guests to our room. It was wrapped up by switching rooms from the system but it can cause issues. Regarding the cleaness, room was cleaned but some items in the room were not managed well. For example, the drying rack for the plates was rusted so we couldn’t use it.
