10.0Room was lovely, basic but very clean, perfect for a base to go and explore. Great shower, very powerful and hot. Reception no manned all of the time but after suffering a problem (nothing to do with the room) they were very understanding when we left them a note. I would certainly use again if in the area.

6.0L’estada ha estat correcta en general. L’hotel compleix amb el necessari. La ubicació és molt bona, just al costat del Vaticà, cosa que facilita molt poder visitar la zona a peu. El llit era ample i còmode. Com a petit aspecte a millorar, estaria bé disposar d’un llençol, ja que actualment directament hi ha l’edredó nòrdic, i pot resultar una mica calent. També és d’agrair que l’habitació disposi de nevera, ja que és un detall pràctic, especialment durant els mesos de calor.
− L’estada ha estat correcta en general. L’hotel compleix amb el necessari. Pel que fa a la neteja, és correcta, tot i que podria ser una mica més acurada. No és que estigui brut, però hi ha marge de millora perquè la sensació general de neteja sigui millor. Com a aspectes a millorar, destacaria sobretot l’hora de sortida, ja que les 10 h em sembla una mica aviat. També estaria bé disposar d’un espai específic i segur on poder deixar les bosses amb tranquil·litat després del check-out. Pel que fa a l’aire condicionat, durant la nostra estada a Roma les temperatures eren molt elevades i l’aire gairebé no es notava. Més aviat feia l’efecte d’un ventilador, de manera que hauria estat d’agrair una millor climatització. En general, però, l’estada ha estat correcta.
