The property scammed all its visitors by selling out the property to FIFA
3.0Generally a clean hotel with prompt maintenace and 2 washrooms per room with a queen bed and futon
− We booked the hotel as we have had good experiences in the past with their great gyms, lobbies, balconies, beach access, classes. The property was sold out to FIFA related client and NONE of those amenaities were available. no gym, no balconies, no beach access, no classes, ... they were uspposed to deduct the resort fees from day one and never did. We are working on a refund currently with booking.com and the property. The staff was hit or miss. either they were dear in headlights useless or they were kind but still useless. They never charged less due to their selling out all the ervices.. this is fraudulent.
