− Front desk staff indifferent at best to outright uninterested. Breakfast basic.

10.0Great location. The staff were so lovely..so helpful and engaging and professional. The hotel had a lovely warm vibe and felt very comfortable. We were up graded which was a lovely surprise. My daughter and I will absolutely stay again and will recommend it to a friend.
− The pool water could be cleaner. The area and towels and chairs were all great. But the water was very buggy and needed some attention a few times a day which it didn't get.
Really enjoyed this stay, booked it again for next year!
