1.0Hello, I could not reach the hotel because the map in the Booking app showed me a different Hotel California with the same name. I followed the location shown on the map, but it took me to the wrong hotel. Because of this, I missed my check-in. I paid with Klarna and have not completed the payment yet. I kindly ask you to review my case and refund or cancel the booking as this happened because of the incorrect map location shown to me. Thank you.

9.0Sono stata qui, solo per una notte e la mattina, ma lo staff super gentile e accogliente mi ha fatta sentire a mio agio. Consigliatissimo se vuoi sentirti a casa anche se sei fuori casa. Sicuramente se dovessi tornare a Roma, l hotel sarà tra le mie scelte anche per l ottima posizione della stazione ferroviaria Cancelliera a due minuti a piedi, perciò nn hai lo stress d camminare o prendere taxi per una stazione. Ma la cortesia e gentilezza sicuramente danno i punti meritatissimi
