10.0Is a nice small hotel, good parking lot, good slow EV charger. Swimming pool is small, but water is crystal clear, jacuzzy without hot water, but it's not cold though. Rooms are good size, clean and modern. It is not front beach, and you need to walk for it. You need a car if you want to go for beach, restaurants or places out of the hotel, 10 min rides. Breakfast is awesome, typical and good portions, restaurant is kind of limited, but chef knows his art. The best of it was the staff, young commited people to solve anything you needed, Nelsie and Mariana at front desk, and Yarid at restaurant works the extra mile to make you feel at home.

4.0The hotel is pet friendly it's just that the management staff is a disaster. They changed our room to go with the dog; I understand that, but they kept us waiting for 20 minutes and they closed the restaurant for us. They didn't clean our room but they never told us what we had to do to receive the service. The Zoco restaurant is another point of improvement and it is better to say that they do not have olive oil, before bringing cooking oil. The Hotel is good; bad service.
