2.0the people I was with were afraid to enter the property because of the drug addicts sitting in front of it it turned out to be a hostel, I was unable to contact anyone to cancel the the booking we had to go to another hotel

2.0No 1 located at front desk & access to front desk behind locked door; parking lot unsafe as numerous individuals loitering around the hotel grounds. The building did not appear safe nor reputable; did not stay at this location & made alternative accommodation arrangements. Would strongly urge this hotel be dropped from Expedia listing.

2.0I cannot check in, no one at front desk, and no one answered the phone numbers left on the door. Voice mail box was full, and no one called me back, so I have to find another place to live.

2.0NO STAFF. NO RECEPTION. I DONT KNOW WHAT THIS PLACE IS. I DID NOT RESERVE FOR AIR BNB. NOTICE WAS MADE IN A VERY SHORT NOTICE WHERE THERE IS NO TIME TO CANCELL RESERVATION. I DEMAND FOR A REFUND BECAUSE WE CHECKED IN AT ANOTHER HOTEL. WE DID NOT EVEN STAY IN THIS SCARY PLACE.
