The place is ok ,rooms large enough and clean.Thats the PLUS side now the other. Wifi basically unusable Stairs a Mountain goat would have trouble getting up unsafe bordering on. Noise starting from building sites either side of Hotel,this will get worse over next 12 months. After using toilet , the paper could not be flushed had to put in bin.Yes no2 paper as well..(or use the clacker washer mounted on wall.No Thankyou.. Served the purpose and right opposite Kathathani Resort where we spent most daylight hours.

Clean and comfortable room with nice location

The staff was friendly and provided towels to use at the beach. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the wifi worked well. The location was great for walking to Kata Noi beach and to many restaurants. I will stay here again next time I visit Phuket!

If you desperately need a place ...

If you are solo-ing on a budget, this place is okay. It's not too far of a walk to Kata Noi Beach. You just have to walk around the resort that's taking up the beach side, till you get to the public access path. The location itself is fairly isolated. If you want to go to Kata Beach, you would have to either walk up and down a big hill, motor bike, or take a taxi. I did the walk several times because I need the exercise, but did sweat a lot. The hotel room itself was not impressive, but provided what was needed. Unfortunately, the bed linings and towels were dirty (not washed thoroughly) and the replacements weren't any better. The soap and shampoo were not the best and I ended up using my own. My room overlooked the parking lot of the hotel across the street, and I was surely reminded of that throughout the day and night. At the end of the day, as a guy, I just need a bed and a bathroom.

Small and cozy hotel

We spent there about 8 nights! It’s a small, cozy hotel, very clean. The service was impeccable. The cleaning lady knows her job. The staff were helpful and reacted immediately upon our requests (for example, to get rid of the ants). They also kindly agreed to store our suitcases for 2 days, when we left to Phi Phi. The location is also good, just a 5 minutes walk to the Kata Noi beach. All the salons, cafes and laundries are at hand, just around the corners. If we ever come back to Kata Noi - we will stay here :)

Room was fine, reasonable size with a balcony, outlook was not great. Water pressure in shower was not good. Location was good. Pool very tiny but OK to cool down in or for kids. A little pricey for what it is
