10.0We had the best weekend away (without our kids). Perfect hotel for us - lots of character, attentive service, with luxury feel. Even with the bad weather we enjoyed walking around the beautiful grounds. Breakfast was delicious! Thank you for a lovely stay

10.0Lovely property about a 30 minute walk to the center of Bath. Dining room was closed for dinner during our stay but we ate lunch in the Pantry which was excellent, and the breakfasts were delicious too. Nice walk to the city center where there is lots to do and many fine and casual restaurants.
Not worth the price you pay
6.0Rooms were really dated, no air conditioning, floors were really creaky everytime you walked. Didn't have enough robes - I had to walk to the pool wearing a kids robe!! Didn't refill any toiletries, which meant I was wearing a soggy shower cap.
