3.0checking in was smooth and simple took maybe 3 minutes
− main light in the room didn’t work, floor was dirty. lamp on the desk looked like it had old blood on it (phlebotomist i’ve seen it a lot) beds looked clean. the bathroom door looked like it had been kicked in at some point, bathroom was absolutely disgusting. shower had a used toothbrush in it, whole bottom of the tub gross, there was something red and clumpy on the side of the tank and toilet handle. we checked in around 11pm left as soon as we woke up. paid like $200 for the room and it definitely was not worth it

5.0The comfortable king bed and air conditioned room.
− The construction, no pool or hot tub, hot hallways, random busted doors and piles at almost every turn. The tub was stained. I was taller than the shower head and I’m short. The sink was in the bedroom area. No trash can anywhere in the room or bathroom. Mismatched brands of shampoo and conditioner items.

− The third party company which turned out to be Expedia not Booking.com changed the address for my reservation. I know I had the right address because I was at location the night before the reservation "when I made the reservation" and I was in they're computer then. But when I went to check in the next day at the OKLAHOMA CITY LOCATION, they couldn't find my reservation said I reserved it at a SOUTH DAKOTA location. Another reason I know they changed it is because in the BOOKING.COM APP IT SAID "SEARCH YOUR LOCATION AND SURROUNDING AREAS. THATS WHAT I SEARCHED. THE PEOPLE AT THE DESK LIED ALSO ABOUT "THE BOSS" COMING TO TALK TO ME. CANE BAVK 15 MINS LATER "SAME GUY" AND ASKED "HOW XAN I HELP YOU SIR?"
Comfortable bed made up for a lot of little things that weren’t perfect.

− Room smelled like stale cigarettes and hallway smelled like spicy food being cooked.
Would never stay there again and would tell people not to stay as well.

− The room was full of bugs, so left the hotel. Still no refund like the front clerk said we would receive since the condition of the room.
