− Towels not big enough and thin, used them for my hair ( long hair) and left the towel to wet for my body.
No essay needed, loved the time i spent there. Staff were amazing.
10.0Kitchen didn't open until lunch but tea and coffee was really available and lunches and dinners were well made for pub food. Staff was very polite. After leaving I was contacted about an item I left behind and pick up was arranged. Overall positive.
− Hated the stairs, not tall stairs, i just have mobility issues.
