− Room and bed was uncomfortable. They charged more than the agreed upon price and charged more to our card than what was on the invoice we were provided.
Too short but very pleasant.
10.0Did not eat breakfast. Had a light supper at the cafe, a margarita that was wonderful.

The room was unacceptable sanitarily speaking.
4.0Friendly staff
− pubic hairs in bathroom corners, shower and on countertop and a stink bug in there to boot. Old style thick comforter put underneath modern sheet blanket which did not make sense.
Not sure we will be returning…
8.0Clean and inviting lobby, the bar serves some of the best espresso martinis in the valley.
− a woman with a clipboard came knocking on our door at 1030am when checkout was at 12pm. she apparently had a room key and opened our door trying to enter while my boyfriend and i were still sleeping. luckily i had the deadbolt on so she couldn’t. once i confronted her she just asked if we had a 12pm checkout, exchanged weird looks and left. not really sure what that was about but i don’t think we will be returning because of that.

10.0People smoking right by front entrance was gross. Refrigerator and microwave appliances were not friendly: refrigerator smelled like sour milk;microwave operation was screwy (key pad was not intuitive). Room 309.

The Bistro and Bar is open for dinner and drinks, Monday through Thursday 5 pm - 10pm. Dinner hours vary on the weekend, call the front desk to inquire for hours.
Our hotel will be updating to a new look January-April 2024. Guests may hear work noise associated with this renovation during business hours Monday through Friday.
