Sonesta perfect relaxing island vibe
9.0Overall it was great experience. Food was great. I loved the pool with bar and the waitress there was top tier. Overall I loved it and I'll be visiting again.
− My only feedback is that you need to find a better way to alert the guest when outside. The staff bramming on doors startled us ever so often. Maybe find a bell system to alert us that they are outside or calling the phone to alert.

8.0Lo limpio y el personal, las comidas en los diferentes restaurantes y el servicio de limpieza en la habitación incluso cuando uno estaba comiendo te cambiaban las toallas del baño y ordenaban la habitación
− que pagué por una habitación con piscina y la primera noche me alojaron en una sin piscina y no me cambiaron porque no estaba la manager sino que lo hicieron al día siguiente

9.0Personal ausnahmslos höflich, Strand und Pool traumhaft schön, und die Aussicht auf die anfliegenden Flugzeuge ist ein echtes Highlight – besonders empfehlenswert ist Kellner Brendon im Restaurant Portofino.
− Die Anlage ist teilweise recht alt und baufällig, die Liegen am Pool sehr abgeranzt, und Vögel am Buffet und auf den Tischen sind schlicht unhygienisch und werden vom Personal ignoriert.

10.0Extremely clean. Staff very helpful. They constantly checking on any needs. Friendly and gracious. Wish I could see more high quality in the US like I saw there. They were top shelf in all areas
