9.0Overall it was great experience. Food was great. I loved the pool with bar and the waitress there was top tier. Overall I loved it and I'll be visiting again.
− My only feedback is that you need to find a better way to alert the guest when outside. The staff bramming on doors startled us ever so often. Maybe find a bell system to alert us that they are outside or calling the phone to alert.

− que pagué por una habitación con piscina y la primera noche me alojaron en una sin piscina y no me cambiaron porque no estaba la manager sino que lo hicieron al día siguiente

− Die Anlage ist teilweise recht alt und baufällig, die Liegen am Pool sehr abgeranzt, und Vögel am Buffet und auf den Tischen sind schlicht unhygienisch und werden vom Personal ignoriert.
