6.0Уютный отель с очень красивым дизайном. Отличное расположение - в самом центре. Чисто, аккуратно. Вкусные завтраки. Персонал быстро решил все возникшие вопросы, внимательны и стараются помочь по максимому. Но для нас было два очень неудобных момента. Жили в мансардном номере и размер номера нас вполне устроил, не устроил размер двухместной кровати. Ребята, 140 см. это ОЧЕНЬ МАЛО для двух взрослых! Выспаться нереально. И печально что в описании номера эта информация отсутствует. Второй момент - менее критичен - неудобная душевая кабина. Снаружи большая и просто крохотная (по полу) внутри. Очень странная модель - не развернуться внутри. Тем более достаточно изношенная. Меняйте - не задумываясь!
Хороший отель с маленькими номерами
8.0Чистый, очень приятный отель. Видно, что недавно после реновации. Заселение быстро, в номере фрукты, вода и десертики, очень мило) На ресепшн в честь Нового года всегда стояло шампанское и вкусный горячий глинтвейн! Завтрак хороший, без нареканий. Девушки на ресепшн внимательные. Единственное, что номер очень маленький. Мы отдыхали мужем и сыном, втроем в номере вообще не развернуться.

10.0При заселении администрация подняла уровень номера до люкса, бронировали стандарт. Номер светлый, чистый, звукоизоляция в норме, мини-бар переполнен на любой вкус и цвет. Оставляли машину на парковке отеля за дополнительную плату. Проблем не возникло. Персонал вежливый, доброжелательный. Спасибо за отдых.

8.0Уютный номер на мансарде, предоставили дополнительное место, все аккуратное, приятное. Хороший завтрак. Из недостатков-не уверена, что это существенно, но думали, что предложат бесплатно тапочки, и был неполный набор полотенец (5 шт на троих гостей). Но нам и их хватило, поэтому не стали беспокоить персонал.

10.0уже останавливались в этом отеле в прошлом году, и сейчас этот отель оставил только очень приятные эмоции. Замечательное расположение, в самом центре в шаговой доступности до всех достопримечательностей!!! Очень милый интерьер, все чисто, симпатично и доброжелательно. Единственный момент - если у Вас рост больше 140 см, то точное не надо брать мансарду!!!! Муж прям мучился - постоянно ударяясь головой о потолок!!!! Выглядит это очень симпатично, но только на фото, в реальности - не удобно! Завтраки тоже приятные, все вкусно, в выходные на завтрак есть шампанское, ммм.... великолепно!
