10.0Lovely hotel with an amazing service. Good location close to the city center and the lake. Very clean all over. Excellent breakfast, you just have to try the strawberry-rhubarb juice!

− For my taste the room temperature was somewhat high, even though I set the temperature to 21C, but that did not have an effect. But otherwise, really nice room.

− Bookingin varaussivu antoi harhaanjohtavan kuvan huonetyypistä. Olin siinä käsityksessä, että olin varannut Superior-huoneen, mutta saimmekin pienemmän, alemman huoneluokan huoneen. Tarvitsimme nimenomaan isomman huoneen, ja myös Bookingin kuvat antavat mielestäni vaikutelman, että kyseessä on suurempi huone. Olemme majoittuneet tässä hotellissa useita kertoja aiemmin Superior-huoneessa, joten tiedämme hyvin, millainen sen pitäisi olla. Saamamme huone ei vastannut odotuksiamme eikä Bookingissa esitettyä kuvausta. Maksoimme huoneesta lähes 600 €, mikä on kyseisestä huoneesta kohtuuton hinta. En olisi tehnyt varausta tai maksanut kyseistä summaa, jos huonetyyppi olisi ollut esitetty oikein. Olen ottanut asiasta yhteyttä Bookingin sovelluksen kautta, mutta en ole saanut vastausta. Vaadin asianmukaista hyvitystä tästä virheellisestä ja harhaanjohtavasta varauksesta.
