Fiquei chateada com o furto do meu chinelo e total falta de responsabilização do hotel
6.0Gostei muito que o hotel tem brinquedoteca ao lado do restaurante. Gostei também da temperaturas das piscinas.
− Fiquei muito frustrada pois meu chinelo foi furtado dentro do hotel, na área das piscinas. O hotel tem poucas câmera e nenhuma delas filmava a área da mesa onde o chinelo estava. O hotel disse que não iria se responsabilizar. O café da manhã não teve variação.
Bom hotel, mas muito lotado. Pra quem procura sossego, não indico ir na época de férias.
6.0A localização é boa e as instalações confortáveis.
− Quando chegamos o ar condicionado não estava gelando e estava vazando água do box do banheiro. Reclamos por telefone e apenas enviaram uma moça para secar o banheiro. Após reclamar na recepção, enviaram uma equipe de manutenção. Mas ainda assim continuou vazando um pouco de água do box.
