10.0I was so very impressed with the speedy responses by the hotel (Thanks to Viktoriya and other staff). In all e-mails (for a pickup service from the airport to the hotel), I received the replies mostly in 5 min. We had an issue with the pickup service upon arrival at the airport (not hotel's fault but ours), and the issue was quickly resolved by the hotel staff. The pick-up cost was 1,500 rubles per car which was quite reasonable (Yandex Taxi, Russian version of Uber, ranges from ~700 to 1100 rubles depending on time and day; install it before coming). I heard some hotels charged up to 5000 rubles. Do not take regular airport taxi, as can be ripped off. Up on arrival at the hotel (almost 1:00AM), we were greeted with a big smile from the staff (again thanks to Viktoriya). The room I stayed was nice, clean and spacious. A very good bed and pillows and no problem in falling in sleep. The breakfast was very good (no fruit; but tomato & cucumber were good, though), and fried eggs (sunny side up, etc.) and Russian-style pancakes can be ordered which is included in the breakfast. Hotel is conveniently located, near to Metro (about 10 min walk) from where you can reach downtown or other attractions; and you can also find many restaurants within 10-15 min walking distance. My stay was pleasant and hotel staff spoke good English. I recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

8.0Die Dame an der Rezeption hat uns sehr freundlich begrüßt und uns alles genau erklärt. Die Zimmer sind ganz neu renoviert. Das Frühstück könnte ein wenig reichhaltiger sein.

10.0Prisvärt! Nära till tunnelbana (ca 7 min), annars centralt med gångavstånd till mycket. Okej frukost enligt kontinentalt. Hotellet erbjöd gratis vatten och mycket bra service, alla jättetrevliga. Ganska litet hotell. Nöjd!
