this is a wonderful place and great location.
9.0− the check in instructions were inconsistent with the actual methods of getting in. communication was a little spotty, although replies were quick.
Beautiful courtyard, good location
8.0An historically significant palazzo with a beautiful, quiet interior courtyard--not to be missed. As well, many of the sites and restaurants in Rome that we wished to visit were within walking distance. Definitely a good value for the money.
− Street noise, considerable, could be lessened by noise-cancelling window panes or better frames. Some elements of the interior need updating--a loose staircase balustrade, the bathroom, etc. A minor miscommunication with staff promptly addressed and corrected.
