10.0The food was excellent, and the staff were very friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. The room was very comfortable and the facilities were excellent. The birthday cake surprise was a lovely touch and truly appreciated. I also want to mention how thoughtful it was that a member of staff placed my bracelet safely in my bag when I had forgotten it — that level of care was outstanding. The Wi-Fi was very fast and having a 24 hour WhatsApp number available for 24 hour assistance was extremely convenient. The service and hospitality were exceptional, and I look forward to my next visit.

We will certainly be returning It is not just about being "cheap"—it is about what you get for what you pay. Here, every dollar felt fully justified The housekeeping team is incredibly thorough. Every afternoon we returned to a perfectly reset room that felt brand new all over again. Our room was completely immaculate. Dust-free surfaces, freshly pressed linens, and a bathroom so clean . The food is very delicious , prepared with incredible precision and beautiful presentation While the fitness center and pool area are very good , we truly hope the hotel considers introducing a dedicated spa service in the future.

For me, Crowne Plaza Dhaka is much more than a hotel—it becomes my home for those few days away from home. Every member of the team makes me feel like family. From the reception, restaurant, café, room service, and laundry to every other department, the hospitality is truly exceptional. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care make every stay memorable. A special thanks to Israt, Islam, Isha, Imran, Protap Da, and many other brothers and sisters who have always taken such wonderful care of me. Your kindness and affection mean a lot.
