8.0Great location! There's a bus stop just around the corner with a direct bus to the airport, which made getting there incredibly convenient.
− The pillows were extremely soft and didn't provide enough support. I woke up with a sore, stiff neck the next morning. There was a misunderstanding about my payment. At check-in, Staff A informed me that I could pay on-site through Booking.com. However, the next day, Staff B told me that my payment had not been received. After discussing the issue for a while, they eventually found the payment record. While I appreciate that the issue was resolved, I felt that Staff B's attitude was rather unfriendly and overly insistent before verifying the information, which left me with a less positive impression of the service.
整體住宿品質很不錯。
10.0服務人員能用中文溝通，地理位置方便，距離蓮洞逛街距離走路10-15分鐘，附近走路5分鐘內有Olive young，機能方便，但隔壁的換錢所不推薦。
房間打掃非常仔細乾淨，位置很方便門口就有機場巴士可以搭乘。
10.0早上櫃檯的姐姐조혜림님,已經是第三次入住LEO了，總是能看到她熱情招呼客人。
