10.0It was only one floor so no going up stairs. It was a very nice room. Close to everything.

If you don't want to spend a lot of money this place works but don't expect to sleep well.
4.0The motel was clean. They have tried updating.
− The two pull out couches might as well have been plywood with a thin cushion. We took every extra cushion from the room to put on it so the kids could sleep. We weren't given bedding for them and when we asked I don't think the motel employee understood what we were saying and gave us two flat sheets no bottom sheets. There was also a musty smell. I assume from rot. They have definitely attempted an update because the master bedroom was nice but you could tell the floor underneath the new pergo was soft. Also no paper towels or dish soap in the kitchen area. The pool was gross. We did not go in it. One last thing, they had an ant problem that we didn't notice until the last day when we were packing up. Underneath our cooler that was sitting on the floor there was a swarm of ants. It was gross and freaked me out.

− Just about everything. It needed a cleaning, thread-bare linens, everything was damp, the ac vent was broken, the bathroom was moldy, no hooks, the refrigerator was caked in ice, etc
