8.0スタッフのサービスが良かった。残念なことは、駐車場が15:00まで利用できないことが事前に分かっていなかったこと。そのため、外国からのお客さんとの合流に苦労した。分かっていれば、円滑に事前に決定できたので、その点を表記しておいて欲しい。

10.0食事なしで2泊させていただきました。日光東照宮観光が目的でしたので、歩いて行ける場所で、選ばせていただきました。 駅まではやや距離はありますが、その間に飲食店もあり、食事にはこまりません。朝食用に、パンとコーヒーが置いてあり、驚きとおもてなしが、嬉しかったです。 部屋も広々としており、皆で集まって、飲食をするのにも問題ありませんでした。 お風呂は大浴場もあります。大きくない分、混み具合がスマホで確認でき、ゆっくりと入浴でき、大満足です。 スタッフの対応も、とても気持ちが良く良かったです。
