8.0Personnel chaleureux, attentif et réactif. Daniella, Martino et l’équipe du petit-déjeuner tout particulièrement. Le buffet petit déjeuner est très bien aussi. L’hôtel est bien équipé et doté d’un ascenseur. Chambres confortables et emplacement central mais au calme.

9.0The location was excellent. The staff was very warm and super helpful with everything from dinner reservations, directions, as well as getting a taxi early in the morning. The room was quiet, good AC, and also had a lovely terrace. It was great.

7.0− Reception hours for the hotel are limited (open till 8.30pm) and could potentially be a problem if one’s flight gets delayed. Any check in after 8.30 has to be approved ahead of time and costs additional 50EUR.

− It was really loud in the morning—doors slamming, things shuffling around. Pretty consistently until we checked out.
