Relaxed, intimate and central without the street noise.
9.0The location for me was ideal. Farnese is colocated with the great attractions whilst being very, very quiet to allow rest and relax. Rome is a noisey city, to have peace during downtime is a luxury which this hotel has. Been Italy 4 times. Staff are helpful but discrete. Its small size is just what you want during your Roman holiday.
− The stairs can be a problem for prams and is not a place for children, its a classic retreat not a funpark.
