A disaster . I have stayed here thrice in 2 years but not coming back unless someone really makes sincere effort.

The facilities are excellent . Beautiful property but mismanagement

− Beautiful property which was Very badly mismanaged by the staff. Except for the F and B manager Mr Pradeep , all else are not proactive or competent enough to handle issues . We were made to change 3 rooms and finally settled into our last 4 th room in one day . With lots of issues like being checked into someone’s already checked in room with all their things lying around , then saying we got graded and putting us in an identical room and then shifting us to a bigger room where the ac wasn’t working . finally at 10 pm we got a proper room . so from 3 to 10 pm … this was the drama … also no one left a note or approached us from the Management until at check out I pulled the Front office manager and told her what had happened. She offered and 20 percent discount on our food bills and a taxi to the airport 🤦‍♀️
