Room had 3 live roaches in the bathroom.
2.0Unfortunately, even though the gentleman at the front desk was polite, the check-in experience was terrible. The system was not working and he had to get the manager. They finally got me checked in and asked me to sign a receipt, for $80 even though I showed that I had pre-paid for the stay online and was able to use a credit and only paid sixty-something. They said that the receipt was for Hotels.com and not another charge. As it was late and I was tired, I signed. Shortly after getting to my room, I went to the bath room and found three live cockroaches walking around the bathroom sink and shower. I immediately killed them, then proceeded to pack my bags and check-out. I'm not pretentious at all and understand that motels are usually cheaper for a reason. But, I draw the line at having live roaches in the room.

2.0I didn't like the bed it was too hard, funny colored slime came out of the hot tub, black mold all around the base of the walls, my wife is now sick, and there was bgs under the pillows

2.0Took the lady almost a half hour to check us in. TV doesnt work. The rugs are nasty and the shower doesnt work at sll.
