9.0Hôtel chaleureux, de style autrichien, particulièrement bien tenu et avant tout très propre. Environnement agréable et reposant. Personnel très accueillant, serviable et toujours souriant, répondant à nos attentes avec gentillesse. Service impeccable, mets de qualité et bien présentés.
Schönes Haus mit deutlichen Einschränkungen
7.0Gutes Frühstück. Rührei ist aus Eipulver hergestellt und eher nichtssagend im Geschmack. Wurst und Käse m.E. nach aus dem Supermarkt und nicht aus dem Käsehaus oder dem Metzger
− Das Hotel besitzt in den Zimmern keine Klimaanlage. Das finde ich für eine 4*S-Hotel in der heutigen Zeit nicht mehr als angemessen. Währen meines Aufenthalts hatte es abends mehrfach 29/30 Grad im Zimmer, so kann man nicht gut schlafen oder besser gesagt, gar nicht schlafen. Dass der Pool bereist um 19 Uhr schließt finde ich ebenfalls sehr bedauerlich.

8.0− Sadly hotel does not provide possibility for taking shower on departure day after skiing. Given the hotel is equipped with sauna / spa area, it is difficult to understand why the hotel refused our request for refreshment.
