Great property in a great location, and very nice hosts.
10.0Great location and nice rooms. Very clean. The hosts, Roy and Sharon, are great. Nice to talk to, very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Very welcoming. They have great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. I will definitely be looking forward to my next stay there.

9.0Feels like home ..Mr Roy is congenial and gives good suggestions on what to do in fontanhaus The location is fab , stones throw from Joseph's, Antinios bar and down the road from Down the Road and Viva Panjim !!

9.0La maison est de style colonial, très agréable et surtout très bien située, dans le quartier le plus intéressant de Panaji. Le petit déjeuner est parfait et très copieux.
Such a nice place to stay but only if you like hard matresses.

− Troubles me to say this because we liked the accomodation so much but the beds were so hard....so hard that we hardly got any sleep. Felt like there was no matress. If this could be fixed everything would be perfect.
Great hosts and great place and so nice
9.0Classic Portuguese colonial property, the owners were fabulous, during check in they went through everything to do, see, history of the area, history of there premises, their journey to get here and advice on the surrounding areas, breakfast was great (shout out to the banana pancakes). Roy and Sharon are brilliant
