10.0Very comfortable, clean and big rooms with incredible mountain view. Breakfast was fine and included everything that's needed. Looking forward to coming back again.
− We had to check in at the nearby Hotel Salzburger Hof, which is no problem at all but perhaps could be communicated more clearly before.
Beautiful hotel, nice staff, check what is open before booking.
8.0Location, room, staff and cleanliness
− Arrival was so confusing, did not say to go through Wild Bad reception to get to main one, so hard to find main reception. Super disappointed ALL restaurants/bars closed and not told in advance. Would help to supply a list of other places in town that were actually open. Picked this hotel as liked restaurants and bars so was super disappointed not told upfront.
