This is my favorite place to stay at in Berkeley- checks all my boxes.
9.0Nice quiet location. Lots of nice restaurants close by (walking distance). Restroom / shower is nice. And there's free parking!
− It's not a deal breaker but sometimes it gets warm in Berkeley and the room AC tower helps but it could be better.

9.0Best value in general cor the money, at that location. Very modest accommodations, but there was everything one need for short visit. Staff was excellent in every way! Their WiFi and cable TV stations selections were better than previous stays in other premises
