First time visit at the Grand Tasman Hotel
10.0We liked the complimentary drink and 20% meal discount cards. Housekeeping staff were very friendly and accommodating. Excellent service and food was fresh and delicious.
− The mini fridge tilted on the base of the cupboard and somehow knocked the plug slightly and the fridge had no power. The bathroom door was a bit narrow and difficult to open and close.

6.0− The floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. A toenail clipping was on the floor from previous guest. The edges of the carpet weren’t vacuumed.
