10.0Voltei ao hotel em 2026 porque em 2024 me hospedei lá, e ao ter problemas de saúde, fui prontamente acolhida pela equipe, que providenciou atendimento médico imediato. Além da confiança que sinto no atendimento da equipe, as instalações do hotel são ótimas. Quartos pequenos, mas extremamente limpos, confortáveis, quentinhos e com um bom isolamento acústico (a Plaza de Armas não dorme, então o silêncio absoluto não vai existir). A propósito, a localização é excelente, pois o próprio terraço do hotel, ou a varanda da área do café da manhã, já proporcionam uma vista de cartão postal. Dá pra conhecer todo o centro histórico a pé, e é de fácil acesso para as empresas de turismo. Há muitas opções de bons restaurantes e lojas ao redor do hotel. Para os tours que saem de madrugada, a equipe providencia uma lancheira com o café da manhã, para levar na viagem. Hotel nota 1.000!!!

− Seria nota 10 se pudessem resolver o barulho extremo da rua. No mais, esse foi meu hotel preferido. Voltaria, sabendo que vou ter problemas com barulho.

6.0Ubicación excepcional cerca de todo, especialmente de donde salen la mayoría de los tours . El restaurante cocinan muy rico y personal fue muy servicial y amable.
− La habitación que nos dieron (207) quedaba justo de lado de lo que parecía ser la cocina o el salón de limpieza y en las noches era muy difícil conciliar el sueño (mucho ruidos fuertes). Para el día no tienen un abanico en el cuarto para combatir la clamor fuerte que hacía en el día. En la noche no hace falta abanico se puso frío.

6.0La amabilidad del personal y la ubicación
− La habitación que me dieron no era la que elegí por Booking. Tenía una pequeña abertura que daba a cañerías y tenía mal olor (habitación 206). No era lo que pedí y menos el precio que pagué. Dijeron que era porque no habían más habitaciones disponibles en ese momento (a pesar que mi reserva estaba confirmada). Luego encontraron una solución, pero fue una mala experiencia de entrada. Para el día de salida, pedí que me reservaran un taxi al aeropuerto para las 8 AM el cual se me confirmó. Pero el auto nunca llegó y tuve que pedir un uber para no perder el vuelo

Please note that in order to arrange the shuttle service from the airport to the property guests must provide their flight details.
Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.
Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.
Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.
