Beautiful hotel, excellent service
9.0I am a big fan of the Rosewood group and this lives up to expectations of the brand. I arrived after a hiking trip where I had injured myself. The concierge and front desk were super helpful and sympathetic, offering up their first aid kit and ordering me what I needed from the pharmacy. They helped me get to my room and made sure I had what I needed, which was especially appreciated given how I was feeling! Food was excellent. Pool was excellent. Service was excellent. I took a DiDi everywhere so I can’t comment too much on the immediate location.
− Only thing is that the bed was weirdly hard and that the pool was open to the public and so there were people doing laps and coughing a lot into the pool.

The wear and tear of the room are quite bad and definitely not a five star quality

− The spa therapist is very good but it is located right above the bar. Hence there was loud music during the treatment
Very disappointing hotel. Very noisy room from road. Mediocre service. No experienced management
6.0− Noisy room over busy mega road. Very dark throughout the premises. Pretentious style. Young staff without experience and limited English speakers. Business location so nowhere to walk around at night.

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, our guestrooms are not available for reservations intended primarily for wedding-related rituals. For any reservation that is used for such purposes without authorization, hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking or deny check-in.
The hotel has completed the rooms refurbishment in September 2023.
Guests are required to show a valid government-issued ID card or passport upon check-in.
Minors (under 18 years old) must register according to the facts and provide the contact information of their direct guardians. Hotel shall confirm the minor's accommodation information with their immediate guardian before check in.
Rosewood Beijing only welcomes pets upon approval of pre-submitted requests. Pets are welcome at a RMB500 per room per night including cleaning fee and service charge.
