Comfortable and good value stay for a short trip in Forest Lake.
8.0The breakfast options were good - a nice variety. The room was comfortable and the hotel was quiet. Location was convenient with plenty of restaurants and shops close by. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were really warm and mostly empty so we had them to ourselves.
− The refrigerator was small.
If you need a place to stay, the staff will make sure you are comfy and have a great breakfast!
6.0The staff!!! It's rare to enter an establishment these days and be met by friendly staff all over, but it happened here. Breakfast was great!!! The pool was a little cold but met our needs. The location was great.
− Based on the score on booking.com and the reviews, I was expecting a little more from this property in the way of cleanliness and presentation. We did not find this hotel to be an 8 in those areas. BUT! the staff made our stay a 10. We *never switch rooms but after the first night, our room did not meet our expectations in cleanliness, so we talked to the front desk in the morning. They were so understanding and accommodating!! They promptly changed our room and made very sure the new room met our standards. Our second room was on par!

− My room smelt like mold, windows were all filled with moisture entire time of my stay. Very noisy location.
To expensive for sink to be clogged

− Bathroom sink totally clogged , drained very very slow. I asked them to put us in a room that everything worked. Shade u pull down was tattered on the left side, kept sticking when trying to bring it down

7.0Room was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable.
− Bathroom could have been a little cleaner. Additionally our relatives who also stayed here complained about their rooms smelling bad.
