10.0Great place to stay if getting the ferry from Dar Es Salaam and good space to explore from for a few days. Lovely room and reasonably priced. Non alcohol hotel which I think makes it a bit cheaper than others, which is great value.

8.0Omar who managed the breakfast service was excellent and immediately put guests at ease with his warmth and attentiveness. Young Mohammed on staff was great and highly responsive to guest needs and carried himself with professionalism like all of the staff. The hotel has excellent location and high walk ability to Stone Town attractions. I particularly liked my room with seafront view. The property is very well managed and a place for potential improvement is considering a ventilation system for the bathroom.

10.0Great room palatial and with great breakfast except lift and no gym and cold pool ! Only room has air con not the hotel itself

2.0At check in advised we could have a family room instead of two rooms. I said yes. But management insisted we pay for them both coating $125 more. Will not return. Area around is nice and Stone Town convenient.
