6.0Vicina alla stazione della Metro - servita da varie attività commerciali nelle vicinanze. Ristorante sotto la struttura con personale gentile.
− La camera (Suite) non proprio pulita: macchie sulle tende, sulle superfici del lavandino e macchie sul divano. Arredi usurati (scrivania con vernice scrostata, armadio con anta strisciata) e poca manutenzione (2 lampadine del bagno: 1 bruciata e una che sfarfallava). Servizio SPA (sauna/camera di vapore) non negli standard per un 5 stelle, piscina con acqua fredda e correnti d’aria fastidiose.

8.0The hotel has a lovely, spacious swimming pool and a separate children's pool. Our family room was spacious, with two connected bedrooms and a living area. The housekeeping service was excellent. Even when we didn't need daily cleaning, fresh towels, bathrobes, slippers, bottled water, tea and minibar supplies were always available. We really appreciated this high standard of service. Breakfast was another highlight, with a fantastic variety of food, including delicious soups and freshly prepared omelettes. Overall, the breakfast quality was excellent. We also appreciated being offered a late check-out after the delay with our room on arrival.
− Our room wasn't ready despite arriving after the official check-in time. The children's bedroom was modern, but the main bedroom and living area were outdated, with damaged furniture and a shower handle that fell off. The room definitely needs some renovation, and a balcony or terrace would have been a nice addition. The pool was located away from our building, and there were often not enough sun loungers or clean pool towels. Outside soft drinks weren't allowed, while drinks at the pool bar were quite expensive. Although breakfast was excellent, I'd recommend going early. On our last morning, despite arriving well before breakfast ended, much of the food had already run out due to the large number of guests. Fortunately, this wasn't an issue on other days. The location itself wasn't particularly special, and some reception staff seemed unsure about certain room facilities.
