1.0Location only. The resort is completely run down, and the hosts are terrible.
− As a long time traveler to Corfu and a person of Greek descent, I feel obliged to report when something just isn’t right. We pride ourselves on filoxenia and this just does not match our values. The rooms are in terrible condition and do not at all match the pictures and descriptions. I will be specific because other rooms may be well appointed. Room 149 is terrible and room 148 isn’t much better: The room is run down, has a leaky toilet, THE TOILET DIDNT FLUSH AJD THEY DODNT REPIAR IT, the sink floods, there is a sewer smell from the shower, there is an old mattress in front, the balcony doors don’t lock, the TVs do not work, the wifi does not work, the tiles are chipped. The water heater is above your head in the shower with corroded valves ready to leak. Look at the photos attached and enjoy the old mattress under our room and the unkept walkways. The water from the AC units drip on the steps causing a trip hazard. The kitchen is rusted, the doors are run down. The pavements are not clean, the floors are chipped, the access to the unit and parking are consistently blocked by illegally parked cars, and ironically, last night blocked by the host until I literally had to track her down. Knowing about how people were trapped during the Mati fires and couldn’t leave due to inaccessible exit roads, I immediately became concerned for the safety of my family. I have all the supporting pictures as well. I do not write reviews like this if I am not seriously concerned. Review the photos and judge for yourself if anything I am saying is an exaggeration. I also requested an early check out, two days earlier from our original check out date, and gave them over 24 hours notice so they could post the rooms as available for let. They have refused to refund, and I am escalating the matter as needed. The view is excellent but that’s absolutely it! The property managers must do better.

− Das Bad war dreckig, die Gläser im Schrank ungespiült, die Duschwand bestand nur aus einem Element, aus der Fernbedienung für die Klimaanlage waren die Batterien entfernt. Einfach unfassbar, für diesen Preis.
